At its Autruy production site, PROVA processes all the raw materials used to produce its flavorings, harnessing the know-how of its engineers and specialist technicians. The R&D team works closely with and actively supports production. The role of the Tech Centre, which is dedicated to extraction technologies, is to continue to improve existing solutions and research innovative new techniques. The flavor creation team round off the work by blending the extracts and flavoring substances to produce the flavoring, the definitive taste, continually striving to make it as authentic as possible.
